What should I wear or bring with me??

Are there age or health restrictions?

Pregnant women and people who have bad back or neck problems shouldn’t go if the waters are rough..

What documents do I need to provide?

You will need to show some form of official identification, such as a drivers license or passport.

Will I get wet?

Possibly. It is a tour on the water and sometimes the water can be choppy. We recommend that you dress accordingly, but most tours stay dry.

Does the tour still go out if it’s raining?

If it’s not dangerous weather conditions and the guests still want to go out, our guides are always happy to go!

What’s the cancellation policy?

The tour is based on reservations, so it’s important that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. All cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the time of the tour. After that time, no refunds will be made.

How long is the Land & the tour?

The tour is approximately 5 hours, please check in 15 minutes prior to your tour time for boating instruction.
